Monthly Bookkeeping

We handle your day-to-day bookkeeping so you can focus on running your business. Each month, you’ll get clean, organized financials that give you a clear picture of where your business stands.

What’s Included:

  • QuickBooks setup and maintenance
  • Ongoing support and questions answered

Pricing: Starting at $300/month

Your actual price depends on:

  • Monthly transaction volume
  • Number of accounts (bank, credit card, etc.)
  • Whether you need Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable management


Add-On: Payroll Journal Entries

If your payroll provider doesn’t integrate with QuickBooks, we’ll handle the manual journal entries each pay period. Pricing varies based on pay frequency—we’ll include this in your custom proposal.

Bookkeeping Clean-Up

Behind on your books? We’ll get you caught up.

Whether you’re a few months behind or a few years, we’ll bring your books current so you can move forward with confidence. Perfect for tax time, business sales, loan applications, or just peace of mind.

What’s Included:

  • Review and categorize all past transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate accurate financial statements for the period
  • Set you up for success going forward

Pricing: Flat-rate pricing based on scope

We can clean up to 5 years of backlogged bookkeeping. Your price is based on the complexity and time period—typically around 50% of what monthly bookkeeping would have cost during that period.

Example: If your monthly bookkeeping would be $300/month, catching up 12 months would be approximately $1,800 (instead of $3,600).

We’ll review your situation and send you a clear, no-surprise proposal.

Step 1: Free Consultation

What happens:

  • We’ll hop on a phone or video call (whichever you prefer)
  • You’ll tell us about your business and your bookkeeping situation
  • We’ll ask questions to understand your needs and transaction volume
  • You can ask us anything—there’s no such thing as a silly question
  • We’ll explain how we work and whether we’re a good fit


What you’ll need:

  • Just yourself and about 15-30 minutes
  • No need to gather documents yet—this is just a conversation

Timeline: Schedule at your convenience

Step 2: Custom Proposal

Clear pricing, no surprises

What happens:

  • We’ll send you a detailed proposal based on our conversation
  • You’ll see exactly what’s included and what it costs
  • Everything is spelled out clearly—services, pricing, timeline
  • For clean-ups, we’ll outline the scope of work and estimated completion date
  • You can ask questions or request adjustments

What you’ll need:

  • Time to review the proposal (we make it easy to understand!)
  • Let us know if you have any questions

Timeline: You’ll receive your proposal within 24-48 hours

Step 3: Setup & Onboarding

We’ll get everything organized

What happens:

For Monthly Bookkeeping:

  • We’ll review your current QuickBooks setup (or help you get started if you’re new)
  • You’ll give us secure access to your accounts
  • We’ll set up your chart of accounts and categories
  • We’ll establish your processes for receipts, invoices, and documents
  • We’ll do an initial catch-up if you’re a month or two behind

For Clean-Ups:

  • We’ll gather all your bank statements and financial records
  • We’ll review your existing QuickBooks file or set up a new one
  • We’ll create a work plan and timeline
  • You’ll get regular progress updates as we work through the backlog

What you’ll need:

  • Access to your bank/credit card accounts (view-only)
  • Access to your QuickBooks account (we can help you set this up)
  • Any past receipts, invoices, or financial documents you have
  • About 1 hour for the initial onboarding call

Timeline: Most clients are fully set up within 1-2 weeks

Step 4: Ongoing Support & Monthly Reports

Your books are handled—every single month

What happens:

Monthly Bookkeeping Clients:

  • We reconcile your accounts and categorize transactions each month
  • You receive your monthly financial reports (typically by the 15th of the following month)
  • We’re available via phone and email for questions anytime
  • You always know where your business stands financially
  • Tax time becomes stress-free because your books are current

Clean-Up Clients:

  • Once complete, you’ll receive all your historical financial statements
  • Your QuickBooks file is organized and ready to use
  • We’ll recommend next steps (many clean-up clients transition to monthly bookkeeping)

What you’ll need:

  • Forward us receipts and documents as you get them (we’ll show you the easiest way)
  • About 15 minutes per month to review your reports
  • That’s it! We handle the rest.

Meet Catherine Rochelle Bibby

From Household Manager to Bookkeeper

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by numbers, spreadsheets, or financial statements, Catherine gets it. She didn’t start her career in accounting, but rather, as the household manager. When money was tight, she did her research and she became an extreme couponer who could calculate discounts, stack deals, and stretch every dollar further than seemed possible.

Her husband jokes that she can do “coupon math” in her head faster than he can, and he was once president of the math club and took calculus. That knack for numbers, combined with her love of saving money and bringing order to chaos, eventually led her to bookkeeping.

Why Catherine Started Bibby's Bookkeeping

Catherine always knew she wanted to own a business, but finding the right fit took time. Then she discovered something that changed everything: small business owners desperately needed help with their bookkeeping, and she had exactly the skills to help them.

The more she learned, the more excited she became at the thought of becoming a bookkeeper. Here was a way to combine her detail-oriented nature, her love of organization, and her passion for helping people—all while building a business of her own.

After seeing so many business owners stressed about their finances, drowning in receipts, confused by reports, and dreading tax season, Catherine knew she could help. She didn’t want to be just another bookkeeper. She wanted to be the person who makes bookkeeping feel less scary and more manageable.
